i prefer a fork, i hate eating with a spoon and am not very skilled with the chopsticks

Depends on the kind of rice. U.S. (and European) style "fluffy" rice is almost impossible to eat with chopsticks, because the grains are all separate and don't cling together. Sticky-rice, though, is easier more comfortable to eat with chopsticks, once you are use to them.

I tend to eat all asian food with chopsticks..except rice..lol..unless the rice is clumpy and easy to pick up.

I love using chopsticks. I eat too fast, so the chop sticks help me slow down, and enjoy the food more.
