Small nose screw would be good, probably made from titanium or surgical grade stainless steel with a small gem on the end, but get a colored gem because diamonds are too plain. It won't be too much and it fits most girls noses and personalities.
(Not to seem creepy, but I think you have a very beautiful smile)

Rings and other piercing are cultural ornaments with a proper meaning.
You look too beautiful... You really do not need to spoil your beauty with any ornament, coz YOU are the ornament wherever and with whoever you are.
But if you insist to have one, ask your husband.
His opinion is the one that counts. He will have to see you everyday with that 'thing' in the nose, lol.
Look at what hardtimes says, He is making humor but at the same time saying what thinks; bovine have them in western culture. Humor is the ability to reject. And he is doing exactely that: he rejects that idea. Me too.

You are pretty and do not need a nose ring. It is ugly and will make you look weird. If you still want one, then I suggest a small diamond on the side of our nostril where no one can see unless you turn your head.

I think a really small stud would be perfect. Silver, with maybe a diamond or a pink gem would sparkle just right..... but a really small one. Those are really pretty and would compliment your face really well.
