My fiancee is really into movies, so I got him some movies he really wanted (The Guardian, Flags of Our Fathers, the Marine, Flyboys), a new motorcycle cover, all his favorite candy, and a lovely card. I put it all in a nice basket. Also, lots of lovin', of course. Good gift for a guy? He's kind of hard to buy for.

I'm not a guy, but I have been married for over 20 years and we have 3 sons. Yes, Yes and Yes you did extra great. He is lucky to have someone who thinks so much of him. Enjoy and Happy Valentines Day.

I'm assuming that he's a military movie guy (just like me, I'm a veteran also) from the list of movies that you put together. Did he like Pearl Harbor? If he did, then that's a good list. If he HATED Pearl Harbor, then take him also to go see "Letters from Iwo Jima", the sequel to "Flags of Our Fathers". Add that to the basket, and it'll be PERFECT. You'll love the movie, too (sad as heck, that movie was).
Motorcycles are a hobby that are hard to buy gifts for. Usually we like to customize our bikes with big things ($300+), like saddlebags, pipes, windshields, seats, highway bars, light bars, etc. A cover is just about the only reasonably-priced gift for a motorcycle that you don't have to install, so you did good there, too.
Hope he's gotten you nice things. Which reminds me, I gotta do some shopping at lunchtime...

Any one of those items would be perfect, but together they'll blow him away. I know it sounds corny but with gifts it's the thought that counts and he'll think you have put a lot of time and effort into choosing those things. He'll be delighted.
