With my third pregnancy I had a lot more discharge than with the first two. It was more like mucus, kind of gross. Turns out it was the plug that you lose close to delivery. You can lose a little bit all along and your body replaces it. So it could be that. If it is more watery than I don't know. Your doctor should have checked it out. Maybe it's a slow leak of ambniotic fluid. I would definately get a second opinion or tell your doctor to pay attention.

First of all, your Dr. is an idiot! Call them back and tell them you want to be tested to see if your water has broken. It is real simple, they just take a test strip to the liquid and it turns a certain color if it is your water bag. I wouldnt let this go by another day. If it isnt your water, then it could be excess cervical watery mucus from your cervix that many pregnant women experience but not the whole pregnancy. I know I felt like this but it was my bladder. My baby was so low that it would make me leak and I wouldnt even realize it until I was wet. Good luck hon.

Well, are you sure it's not a leaky bladder? That would be my first guess. Try keigel exercises, squeezing the muscles for a count of ten. Otherwise, women have a discharge during pregnancy that ranges from very light to needing to wear pantyliners. The discharge is clear and watery to milky and thicker. It is normal and will go away after you have that baby. I've had the discharge so bad I felt like I was wetting myself. I used pantyliners and that made me feel better. Good luck!!

It could be that you are losing a little control of your bladder, this sometimes happens during pregnancy where you dont feel as though you have to pee but it just comes out. Since there is increased vaginal discharge while you are pregnant also this could be coming also at the same time.

I did the same thing with my 4th pregnancy. My water had infact broke, and everytime the baby "peed" it ran down my leg.
I would ask doc to do an ultrasound, at the hospital, and have them check your water levels.
What I had was called: pre-term premature rupture of membranes (PPROM)
Mine happened at 18 weeks. I was on pelvic and bed rest for my entire pregnancy, I was admitted to the hospital at 24 weeks. Baby was born at 29 weeks.
Chances of survival are pretty good now days. It is usually other complications from preterm birth that causes the most trouble.
I encourage you to go to the doctor. Let him know you know about PPROM and that you want to be tested, just for your piece of mind.
Please let me know how things are going, after you go to your doctor. If you do have PPROM I am here, if you ever need to talk.

I had the same problem. Try using panty liners for a few more weeks and you'll notice it will eventually taper off but might reoccur again in later pregnancy. I say mine finally slowed down at about 18 weeks. It is very annoying and can be quite disgusting if your not at home to change.
Good luck!

Hi, this also happened to me. For some reason discharge is way different when you are pregnant. Just watch out for weird colors or bad smells and you should be fine. Good Luck.

Well if your OB doesn't know what is wrong then I would say it is time for a new OB. You (and baby) deserve an answer to insure that you are both healthy.
Good Luck

i find it hard to believe that a doctor told you they dont know. you are either leaking urine or just have a heavy discharge. get a better doctor or tell your doctor the truth wear a pad also. lots of women leak urine during pregnancy. go to the bathroom as soon as you feel the need dont hold it, go to the er and get checked to make sure you dont have a uti or yeast infection good luck

I had the same problem like a month ago. I would be wet and did not know why. It turned out I had a yeast infection. that is what my doc told me. If I was you I would get another doc to look at it... I was 28 weeks.
