I signed up both my kiddos. They've received phone calls for their birthdays. My son got a call and a card two years in a row, and I only signed him up once. We'll see if he gets it again with his next birthday in three months. My daughter has only been signed up for less than a year, so I'm hoping there aren't problems with her next birthday.

I did all we got was a $1 to $2 gift card and information on how to hve a party at the store

They call your house on your birthday and give you a little b-day message from Jefforey and i think you get a small gift certificate in the mail.
