Assuming yer cookin' that rooster rotisserie-style, it's a good team; but short on big men, especially in the blocks category.
You've got Brent and Manu covering FT%, 3's and steals from the guard position, with Gilbert, Vince, and Sammy C giving more 3's and steals and adding major assists. You've got Sheed, QRich, Wilcox, Haywood and Foster for FG%, rebounds and some blocks. Vince and Sheed give gravy at their respective positions. The lineup will let you compete in points, rebounds and the percentages, and give you a good shot at 3's, steals, and assists. It's those blocks I'd wanna shore up a bit.
I'd suggest trading either Brent, Brevin, or Shaun (or some combination, depending on whether you've got 3's, steals or boards covered - I'm guessin it's Barry you've got the surplus of) for a block-happy big man that scores at least 10 ppg, 7 rpg and shoots, say, .480 or better. CWebb or Samuel Dalembert would be the ideal archetype; but Mark Blount, Paul Millsap, Andrew Bynum, even Steven Hunter, would do ya good!

Well, your PG's are average, because Livingston and Cassell are on the same team, but Arenas helps out a lot there. A-
Your SG's are good, not great. Barry hasrecently moved into the starting lineup over Ginobili, so the Spurs have a spark off the bench, but Ginobili will still help out too. I give it an A
You SF's are ok too. Carter and Richardon are solid, but Rich is injury-prone, and CARTER should be traded. A-
Your PF"s are solid. Foster is a beast at reounding, and Wallace is a great shooter. A-
Your C's are ok. Hywood is a starter, but he is not consistent. Then, the same with Wilcox.
Your bench is ok, but not great. Knight and Livingsotn/Cassell are good, but not great too. I would try to trade/drop Foster, Haywood, knight, and wilcox for some better players.

Your rooster is very good at fantasy basketball, it beat my sheep last week 7-1... lol
As for your real question,
PG- Barry Cassell Livingston Knight Arenas
Too many PG... no one useful except Knight and Arenas.
SG- Barry Ginobili Carter Q-Rich
Decent... Carter and Ginobili are good, and Q is servicable.
SF - Carter Q-Rich
No depth... Horrible here this leaves you playing Ginobili and Barry at SG!
PF - Foster Sheed Wilcox
Foster should not be owned unless you are desparate for boards... weak with Sheed Foster and Cox
C - Foster Haywood Wilcox
Terrible terrible terrible... no one servicable except Wilcox.
Your "rooster" is terrible as far as third place teams go. Dump Cassell, Livingston, Barry, Foster, and Haywood, and try to pick up 1 PG, 2 SF, 1 PF, and 1 C from the wire. Surely there are better players out there. (unless your in like a 20-team league!)

i think you are taking the wrong approach at this. you have put four superstars(Arenas,Wallace,Carter,And Manu), but the rest of your line up is so weak. brent barry and jeff foster do not get the minutes needed. sam cassell is splitting time with shaun livingston so you are not going to get the production you want out of both of them. the rest of your players are just on that average line. i created my team so that i am solid the whole way through. (Nash,Carter,Wallace, Josh Smith,Camby,Amare Staudemire,Ford, igoudala, Jaret Jack, and Dalembert). i say trade gilbert or vince and get two or three solid players for them so you can drop your worst players.

Your team isn't looking very well in the fg%, boards, or points cats. You also may need some more steals. With knight out most of your steals are coming from agent zero and manu. I'd say in a 12 team league you'd place about 5th or 6th.
