i need to find out who built our house in 1836 -1839?

we have been told that the national library of wales have de-tails but i dont know their web address can you help

Assuming you own your home, your mortgage lender will have the deeds (or you will if you don't have a mortgage). The original deeds often indicate who built the property as those people would have been the first vendors.
