i wasnt over due but was into my last month i tried having sex, eating something spicy, jumping, walking, even having your nipples sucked on for a long period of time just doesnt work. i was 3cm dialated for 3 and a half weeks and i tried it ALL and i mean ALL nothing worked, my doctor said the only thing that could really get the baby going was either swiping my cervix with her finger or inducing me, well she swiped and nothing ever happened some people go into labor after this, and i was induced a week later. just wait it out. or talk to your doctor. i know how hard it is just to wait and wait. but you baby wont be in there forever.

that's a solid theory to make an appointment to envision on issues now via fact as you progression in being pregnant previous your due date, you have a greater robust threat of seeing a cut back on your amniotic fluid, it fairly is a risk to the infant. in the journey that your fluid levels are ok and each little thing seems on par, undergo in strategies that the usually happening first time mom is going 8 days previous her due date. the usually happening 2nd, 0.33, (etc) time mom, is going 3 days previous her due date. you're completely healthful to circulate as much as a minimum of 40 two weeks as long as fluid levels are ok and such. in the journey that your midwife is greater homeopathic or naturalistic, she would desire to be pleased with you continuing as is. If she is greater scientific minded, she would be able to probable recommend an induction. I recommend you examine up on inductions so which you additionally could make an advised decision. additionally, seem up organic the thank you to bring about labor alongside with going for a walk, intercourse (semen consists of a substance which will soften your cervix), some herbs, especially spiced ingredients, and nipple stimulation (this would launch oxytocin into your device clearly, it fairly is the organic style of pitocin, an induction drug used in hospitals). now and returned organic labor induction could be lots of relaxing! :-) solid good fortune!!

I know it sucks, but it'll happen when the baby is ready. Usually they won't let you go over 2 weeks, I know you don't want to hear that, lol. As long as you're still chugging along and the baby is healthy, be thankful. Good luck!! Who know's, maybe now that you're looking for help, the baby will get the sign that it's time :)

I tried everything and nothing worked. I heard spicy foods can help, walking, and sex. I tried them all and it did no good. Its worth a try but your child wont come until he/she is ready. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful, but its the truth.

Salad with Balsamic vinegar. Something about the way it's aged in oak barrels makes you cramp. No joke, I've heard it really works.

1 tablespoon castor oil mixed into a glass of orange juice. Make sure you understand that it's not the kind you put in your car. It's the kind you get at the pharmacy.

Have sex....there is a protein in the semen that softens the cervix and some time the contractions from the orgasm can cause you to go into labor.....
