Does anyone have a current list of the disney parks that open early on what days for 2007?

Well, the Walt Disney World website posts the Extra Magic Hours six months in advance. As mentioned by tech_fanatic, the Extra Magic Hours are available up to August, but by early March the Extra Magic Hours for September will be available, and by the beginning of April the Extra Magic Hours for October will be available, and so on.
The link below has all of the available Extra Magic Hours through August of 2007. It lists which days each park is open for Morning Extra Magic Hours and Evening Extra Magic Hours. Also, at the bottom of the page it lists which attractions will be open at the different parks during days with Extra Magic Hours.

If you go to the link I have included, you can look at the calendars for each park. You can then look at the days of the week and if it lists Extra Magic Hour then it will be open early or stay open late that day. Just click on "extra magic Hours" and you will be taken to another link to get the info.
They are currently out until August, so you won't be able to get all of 2007 yet, but it will be a good starty.
