Atleast find a leader that has a vocabulary that includes more words than just turrurist and nuclur weapons. If you are going to do something, atleast go all the way. Choose a competant person, who knows how to wipe and talk at the same time. BTW there is no need to question my age and intelligence and background. And reporting me (for a question that contains no profanity) just makes my argument even stronger. Anyway, how about Colin Powell? He´s republican (unless I am mistaken) and he probably knows a few more of ´them city slicker fancy words´ than dubya.

By the way, for the people that have something to say, first of all, I didn´t pick anybody. You see evil as option A and B, you choose a different path. And he did NOT win twice. He cheated the first time, and the second time, who cares, he cheated the first time.

Sorry for misspelling competent. Maybe you can report it to Mc Carthey. And good president, hah? And that is how southerners speak? Double ha. And a thank you? Ok, thank you for killing so many people and sending more of ´your´ people to die. We owe you a world of misery to clean up after you finish most of us off.

Oh, and to the gentlemen that attack my grammar and vocabulary. I didn´t have somebody to write this for me and I didn´t st st stutter. If that is the only argument then that is sad. It doesn´t matter if I was a little kid or a junkie off the street or just plain craaaaaaaazy, I made a point and I saw how some animals react. If I bunched any panties up, write a letter to somebody that asks about that. Until then, just know that my (just my) vocabulary is higher than a man who has stumbled. And that is NOT a Texas thing. There are some smart people out there, but if you don´t mind downgrading like it appears, then once again, Mc Carthey is waiting to have lunch. Over and out. Roger (Wilco) Peace

And also, are you really serious about my misspellings? I never purported to be a leader of any country. And maybe that is part of a dialect or a certain aspect of english (pardon the misspelling, don´t cry) so I from now on will just judge his stupidity on things like falling down and choking on food in public. But hey it runs in the family. As long as you inbreed of course. By the way, I am not checking my vocab but this is just the first run. B4 making a speech in front of a country, trust me, I´ll have the spelling wrapped up to a T. A little word play for the people who keep their family tree, no farther than their grandma. Good luck, though, Good Luck. One

Wow, it is really funny how you still take jabs at my vocabulary. Anyway, the purpose of my question has been answered. I just performed a great vivisection into the pool of ignorance and discovered, that it is filled with ignorance. You all answered my question. And for that, I thank you. Over and out......(static, ¨can anybody hear you?¨ Let there be peace in the world, so bush would be out of a job.

Is this why Bush is one of the BEST PRESIDENTS ever?

2007-02-13 02:41:27 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 4 2

Nobody believes me, but George Bush was elected because Al Gore and John Kerry the 2 men he narrowly defeated were too far left on the political spectrum for people in the South which carries 153 electoral votes and people in the Rockies which carry another 42, you can see that far left philosophy is poison to the Democrats. The only Democrat that's also had the nerve to point it out to them is Zell Miller. But they will not listen. I know that I voted for Bush twice because I mainly voted against Gore and Kerry. I think that you along with all other far lefties have underestimated this man and his whole political career has thrived because people played right into his hands by thinking him stupid.

Its funny that you mention his lack of vocabulary. You may want to take a look at your own writing here. Your little rant here contains numerous misspellings, punctuation errors, and grammatical errors. The way Bush pronounces the words you mentioned is not a sign of ignorance. In fact the pronunciation of nuclear as nuk-u-lar is recognized in Webster's as being acceptable. Its called a dialect variation in case you didn't know. Every English speaker has variations in pronunciations depending on the region of the world they hail from. The country with the most regional dialectical variations is the United Kingdom to make another point. So do a little reading on topics like these before you put your fingers to the keyboard and reveal your ignorance.

So, being a eloquent speaker is all it takes to impress you? An eloquent speaker can get people to buy crappy used cars. It doesn't make him a good leader or a good person.

Bush stumbles over words because he is speaking the truth from his heart. He doesn't hedge every word that comes out of his mouth. To me, that speaks volumes about his character.

BTW - Do you really know anything about public speaking? Do you know how hard it is to say one simple sentence when you have to worry about your enemies parsing every word in order to turn it into something you didn't mean to say?

I could sit here and tear apart the misspellings and bad grammar in your question. Does that mean that you don't have a point to make or that you are an idiot?

If you're going to pick on someone else's vocabulary and diction, you'd better make sure that all of your ducks are in a row.

Clearly Bush has a language impediment, yet instead of praise for getting out there and doing things in spite of it, you deride him and attempt to use it for a cheap shot.

You are absolutely right that there is no need to question your intelligence.
Your age is determinable from the way you use poor emotive language instead of a cogent argument to express an opinion.

You have a large vocabulary; so do I, so does a dictionary. A large vocabulary alone is not a sign of intelligence and it certainly is not a sign of superiority.

As far as your additional details go, seeing as you have a great vocabulary you should have realised that they can be summed up with the word "waaaaaaaaaahhhhh".

Wow, dude. Just wow. You need to put down the Kool-Aid and join the land of reality.

Perhaps if you spent your time in an English class you'd improve your life. You'll never find a good job if you can't read and write.

Hint #1 - "atleast" is two words.

Hint #2 - "competant" is not how you spell the word. Look it up. I'm not giving you that one for free.

Stop the BS about his speech. He is a Southerner, and that is a part of their accent. I am not a liberal, because I am not low. If you want to say something valuable, Conservatives will listen, otherwise, the only thing you helped to provide We The People, is 2 points.

I have a question to you about cheating. Why do you lie to yourself?

Gee, the election was a couple of years ago. You're a little late in preaching about Republican choices.

I would quit my job to work on Colin Powell's campaign if he would run for President. I think he is excellent - intelligent, well spoken, experienced in world events and national government, and he works well with people. Hopefully, he will run!!!

My head is on my shoulders and is reading your silly, poorly thought out question. If it weren't for Bush, we would have faced many more Clinton-prompted terrorist attacks over the past 6 years. I think a simple thank you to our President would suffice.

For your ADDITIONAL DETAILS.....
If you didn't vote- shut the hell up. You don't have an opinion. You're nothing more than a blind, deaf Monday morning quarterback.

Given the state of your spelling and diction, you have very little grounds with which to criticise the President.

PS a MAJORITY of the AMERICAN VOTING PUBLIC chosse George W. Bush as PRESIDENT and he represents ALL OF US, YOU INCLUDED (if in fact you are an American. If you aren't, shut up.). What part of MAJORITY do you not understand?
