1) 3.7 divide by 1000 = .0037
2)2.8 divide by 1000 = .0028
3)4.1 divide by 1000 = .0041
4)7.2 divide by 1000 = .0072
5)10.3 divide by 1000 = .0103
Just move the decimal over.

It's kinda easy. 10.3+3.7=14; 2.8+7.2=10; 10+14+4.1= 28.1 since you are dividing them by 1000, just move 3 decimal places to the left. Hope it helps :).

dividing by 1000... is ther same as moving the decimal point the number of zero's .... 1000 has 3 zeros... move the decimal point 3 places ....
3.7 becomes .0037
2.8 becomes .0028
4.1 >>>>>> .0041
