every motor has frost plugs these are to ensure the safty of your engine . block heaters are inplanted into these plug holes after they have been removed. unless you had the dealer install them when you bought your vehicle you may not have a block heater you need to take you vehicle in and find out

It's an optional component - not all have them. Usually, the heater is installed into one of the freeze plugs on either side of the block.

Could be tucked behind the grill.

if you do know know you have 1 or not take the VIN and stop by the dealer. and if you do ask the service consaultant to help you locate the plug. There should be no charge. They might test if for you real quick also.

My Dad's was tucked up & Zip tied into the (IIRC) right side frame rail.

If you have one installed,the plug should be at the grill.{factroy}
