buy static guard and spray the couch
wipe things down with fabric softener sheets like your end tables and stuff.
Also you need moisture in the air. You need to use a vaporizer or a humidifier or even boil water on the stove. The dryness in the air is not good for anything or anybody. The dryness ruins the furniture and it dries YOU out too which makes you more suseptable to germs and getting sick.

I'd buy Static Guard, it comes in an aerosol can and gets rid of static. Also, it wouldn't hurt for your health and skin and everything else to have a Humidifier in your house during the winter months, this will cut down on a lot of static electricity also.

The air in your house is too dry... if you have a humidifier, run it. If you don't, then boil water on the stove to get some moisture in the air.
Use body lotion to help the problem with your clothes.
Use fabric softener in your laundry.
As for the couch specifically, there is Downey Wrinkle Reducer, but I don't know if it might stain your couch... read the bottle before you try it.

Use static guard or dilute some liquid fabric softener with water and spray it on the couch. Another quick idea may be to stuff fabric softener sheets in between the cushions.
