The childhood days were undoubtedly the best, though I used to think differently at that time. Anyway, as a child I didn't have to care for anything or shoulder responsibilities. At 30 things are definitely not that good though it has its own charms. Overall, I wouldn't go to the extent of calling it the worst phase thus far. Its just OK.

I am 42 and I loved my thirties. I looked great, did alot of modeling, my kids were little and we had a great time. Being in my 40's is ok, but things do start to change. Age is just a number to an extent and you can find good things about your life at any age - just like my 30's better!

Speaking from experience, my thirties were the best.
My teens sucked. Girls wouldn't pay me any attention, I had acne, and I was generally an awkward doofus.
My twenties were better. I drank, I partied, I met women. As my twenties progressed, I finally had prospects for a career and looked at women as more than a recepticle for satisfying biological needs. Life was good.
I was recently married, we had our two children, I was in the best shape of my life and my future was wide open. Life was great!
I'm in my early forties, now. The marriage is no longer a novelty, my kids are old enough now to no longer need daddy. I'm developing a gut, my hair is graying and my future isn't as bright as it was. Life is routine.
The fifties scare me.

I love being in my thirties. I'm not needy or desperate and I don't have to prove anything to anyone.
I look good, I have money and have enough sense to make my own decisions. Best period of my life. Right now I just want to have fun.

I am 35 and just now are things developing in my life that leads me to think im improving myself. For most people the best times of their lives are their 13-20 year old range. Are you married? Do you have kids?

yes i feel that the 30s are really the best part of your life. you are young still, but not inexperienced. by this age most people are educated, stable, mature, and knowledgable, yet know how to have fun and let loose in a way that younger folk dont.
i think relationships and sometimes children also add to the fun of being this age.

Yes, I always try to think positively, talk positively, listen positively and see things positively. That's why in the worst period it was easier to manage the situation in my life.
