Right click a blank spot on your taskbar, and select "Tile Windows Horizontally" That should do it..Good Luck..

Left Click and hold the left mouse button down on a blank area of the task bar.
While holding the left button down, move your mouse toward the bottem of your screen the task bar should move to the bottom position

I don't know how they do it ,but a child will do it every time.Just take your cursor to the top,left click and hold,(like you drag and drop), and just keep going around to the left till you get it back to the bottom. Then right click and lock the task bar.

click and drag it to where you want it and then right click on taskbar and click lock taskbar and it wont do it again good luck it worked 4 me

unlock your taskbar by right clicking on it then uncheck the UNLOCK TASKBAR, then drag your taskbar to its original position by holding the left click on the taskbar.
