ok dump the blue and the tacky lipstick. Try some soft pink eyeshadow's or some light tans. Then go with a dark brown eyeliner and just put a little on. Then some black mascara and your eyes are done. For the lips try a soft pink lipgloss. That should realy bring out your lovely blue eyes. And for the hair, use a straightener, or try scrunching it when you get out of the shower.
Hope this helps!!!

Try different shades of blue, for your eyes, or purple or mauves. Buy eye liner that is the same color as the shadow but darker to match. Try different ways to put on the liner too, like smudge it along the bottom, or something. Also remember, if you were eye liner on the bottom ALWAYS wear it on the top too, because otherwise it makes your eyes dropy looking. There is a lipstick from lancome called crystal rose, it is a natural darker brownish red, it is pretty, I like it a lot. As for your hair, why don't you try getting some of those bangs that go off to the side or something, those are in style, if you have layers then curl them under.

Try new eye shadows like Pink eyeshadow, blue mascara or black mascara, with black eyeliner and wear no lipstick but wear lip gloss!
You will have a newer style of makeup...just wear a new kind of eyeshadow...be fun and mix it up. You can use like pink on your eyelip and blue on the upper part...and you can also switch it around! Make it fun....thats what makeup is for!

Pick up a few fashion/beauty magazines, and look for something you like. Or go to some beauty websites, like Makeupalley.com, there are quite a few. Maybe try a taupe colored shadow for a change, with dark brown liner and black or black/brown mascara, and a more natural pink lipstick or gloss. You just have to look around and experiment to find your own personal style.

As far as I can tell, blue eyeliner is outdated. I would recommend a brown or brown black, or grey eyeliner...try the liquid eyeliner from L'Oreal. Rather than dark pink, try a red or a berry color lip gloss instead of lipstick, Rimmel makes a good one. Good luck!

Layer your hair around your face.

Try using a pastel eyeshadow, and use black mascara, and black or plum colored eyeliner. Don't wear dark pink lipstick, it's to 80's. Try to keep your make up natural. Natural is in now....

Hun please not in any respect use the time period "emo glasses" ever again. in the different case a persons'' going to conquer you up. yet, i'd advise you hint a line in pencil first, then keep on including your line you already made with MAC or regardless of liquid you want. That way you wont by probability make one end uneven, and at the same time as the eyeliner is dry, you need to bathe your face to get it off, and thats stressful. also, make certain you've a steady hand.

First off, if your hair is thin have it layered to make it appear thicker. You should try some silver/blue gray eye shadows and go a little more natural on lip color. Try to match your natural lip color or use a good quality gloss.
