I used to play it back in primary school when height wasn't a concern. I'm now 160cm and have read stats in a magazine that the Singapore team are taller than 165cm. Not that I dream of playing at national level but I'm still conscious of my height even at recreation level. Just imagining that I'm too short to ever touch the ball again is quite a put-off :-(

Being tall helps if you want to be a defender (GK or GD) or a shooter (GS or GA) but it's not vital. If you are shorter though, you can easily be a great center court player (C, WA or WD).

If you are good at passing, catching, getting in position, reading the game, and not making standard errors, then you'll be a good player - your height won't matter.

HI Cutie,,,, I hate to tell you this ,,but you can not do anything to enhance your height.... except get high heel shoes ,, That is already in your genes from birth and you might have a few more years to grow,,, but i dobut it.... you might have to accept the height that you are..... I wish you well..... take care....
