Twins

That being the case, I believe, then, that you are struggling to achieve a balance in a conflict between ideas and decisions. (Twins and the Number 2).
Babies may symbolize something in your own inner nature which is pure, vulnerable, and/or uncorrupted To dream of an extremely small baby, symbolizes your helplessness and your fears of letting others become aware of your vulnerabilities and incompetence. You may be afraid to ask for help and as a result tend to take matters into your own hands. Again, this points to struggling with making a decision about something or about some idea(s).
It sounds as if the dream may be calling attention to your inner child and the potential for your to grow - a good thing - and that a new attitude, fresh beginnings or a major upcoming event is coming your way!

well according to books and **** i think it means
new life, great decision or great responsibilty
but it depends about the rest of the content of the dream
its usually pretty easy to work out what they mean and why you dreamed about them if you piece together the little facts
