At 58 years old I still love 'em. I sometimes toast the bread first but mostly just thick gobs of peanut butter and jelly. (A little sand goes a long way when I am at the beach) but, who can resist? GOBBLE...

Absolutely not. My husband does though. That was a really bad issue when I was pregnant. I became very ill all of a sudden, and he could not understand this morning sickness thing. No sand thank-you.

Go for a check up at your doctors and have her do a blood test on your haemoglobin- eating sand is a sign of a lack of iron.

No, not with sand. I eat two PB&J sandwiches a day. Everyday.
