my dog used to eat his own poop......before he.....u know....... passed. :(

Cats eat high protein diets and sometimes it's not all digested, so it comes out in their poop. Dogs will eat the poop because of the high protein content because they could be lacking the protein if all they eat is the cheap *** dog food that you get at the dollar store that's mostly corn gluten and by-products of sorts.

Yeah..I'm having this problem as of late. Dogs aren't picky eaters! My dog not only likes to eat cat poop, but he tries to get humans to throw poop so he can fetch it. Gross, but true.

All dogs eat cat poop it's a natural thing. some dogs even eat their own poop! gross I know but it's true. even if dogs eat poop please don't let them thats how they get worms!! Just a heads up!

I guess the same reason my dog licks herself they like gross stuff don't they. Just don't let your dog lick you in the face.
