child upto the age of 6 = 20 (milk teeth or temporary teeth)
Adult, upto the age of 21 yrs = 28 (without 4 wisdom or last molars)
Full grown adult = 32 (including 4 last molars)
in some cases wisdom or last molars appear late or do not appear totally. They are vestigeal teeth.
