We shouldn't spend any money on road work. We should go back to dirt roads. Besides, dodging potholes is fun!

Keep in mind this is a global site, and it's always a good idea to include location when you ask a question. That being said, probably more, especially in areas like Oklahoma where I am where the bridges are getting old and unsafe. A good many of them date from WPA era. (Dust bowl).

But roads seem to be low priority. Perhaps the "pay at the pump" method of raising funds for such things deserves a look. Only those using the roads would pay that way.

Well that depends on where your at!
I live in michigan so i would love to have BETTER quality roads and less work on them!
They have this Cheap system where they fix the roads every 2 years but that has to cost in the long run! so if quality roads cost more then heck yea i want us to have better roads!
plus it would save on some construction!
but they always are working on road ALWAYS
