if you are talking about dishes that fly...no, if you are talking about "food stuffs" that magical users make...yes....thats why they call some...kitchen witches. I make magic in the kitchen on a daily basis. some could refer to magic dishes as any food cooked that they use a certain amount of creativity and energies to make. or, it could literally mean that it contains some secret magical ingredients or is made to be used in or after a regigious ritual. IE:, cresent cakes after a ritual
