I think it is up the American people to take action and do something about the economy. It is obvious how little the government is concerned about the common welfare of it's people.

I agree with you ,it is everyday Americans that make our country the strongest economy in the world.Government can crush our economy thru higher taxes and to much Gov.regulations.Our economy,by every economic standard is very good.In fact,as a whole, much better than the during the 90's with the phony dot com economy, which when the bubble burst,it sent us into a recession in early 2000.I am very nervous with the dems in control of congress and the possibility of wining the presidency in 2008.Which will mean higher taxes, phony wage increases(minimum wage) and socialized medicine, all of which hurt our economy and our incentive to work hard.Look at any country with a socialized government.(Cuba, old Russia,North Korea etc.) That is when you will see how little the government is concerned about its people.

Stop the neo-cons deficit spending, big government, wide open border policies. The economy is great for anyone making 80k or better as these are heavy investors and home owners. Unfortunately, the vast majority of working class Americans have reaped little to no benefit from the "good" economy figures built on their hard work and dedication.

As I look at it thoroughly, I think that it is too late. While the US is busy fighting lawsuits against a man who's dog bit another dog, the Chinese and Indians have plunged ahead in the world of economics.. While the US was busy deciding whether or not Bush did this or did that(headed by that disgusting and traitor Nancy Palosi), the Chinese and Indians were plunging ahead in all aspects of politics, economics, etc.. Again, I say that I doubt VERY much that the US will ever regain what it once had.. There are too many anti-Americans in our Government that heed any step or steps forward.

Another leftist non issue made up to promote a social welfare state.

The economy is raging and extremely healthy. The budget can be balanced by 2012 as Bush already stated.

You should write for Provda.

Democrats do better for the middle class. Its a pattern., It will take a few years, but it always gets better when there is a democratic president. As far as Republicans go, you fool me once , you fool me twice, everyone needs to stop falling for lies and unfullfilled promises, of course look out for the free masons. It has been proven in my life time that I always make more money with the Dems in control. Then here comes the Republicans.to screw things up again. I have been working since I was 14 and I'm 40 now, I always work hard.
