Quiznos!!! I think they have a better selection of sandwiches!!!

I'd go with Subway. Quiznos is more expensive because their business plan sucks not because they have better ingredients. Many owners struggle so much to make even a small profit and they get mistreated by the company. They wind up losing money and selling the store for a loss unless they are the lucky few who get a very busy location. Just ask your local Quizno's owner and they'll tell you. One of them even commited suicide this past November. Not to mention they fell out of the top Franchise 500 list this year after being ranked #2 last year behind Subway. I used to eat at Quizno's all the time but after reading up on them I will NOT be giving my money to such a corrupt company!

Well I think health wise would be Subway. Quiznos fills you up and tastes way better. Their sandwiches aren't as small as Subways. By the way, am I the only person that feels cheated by paying so much at Subway for two half slices of meat?

I would have to say Subway. Quiznos is good but Subway has more options to put on the sub. Now Subway will also toast any of their subs.

Subway because they dont make mean commercials about Quiznos.
Subway sandwiches do NOT look like that.

Well... Subway sucks so that leaves only one option. You get more in your Quizno's sandwich than you do from Subway too.

Quizno's would kill Subway. Subway is too skimpy on their meat. Quizno's is the real deal!

Subway tastes real and natural and Quiznos tastes fake and artificial Just seems to be lacking that something that comes across in a subway sub. Subway tuna rules.
