There are many variations of this story. From a crazed midget to an escaped mental patient. Usually ends with the person in the car hearing a banging noise on the roof, then hearing a shot, then a police hailer to the person to get out of the car and not look back which of course they do, only to see the midget/ mental patient banging the head of their partner on the roof!!
All complete tosh but highly entertaining round a campfire or on halloween.

urban myths usually happen to a friend of a friend and represent the most unusual fears of the city or town where they take place.
like the alligators in the new york sewer system or the taxi driver who picked up a girl who was 10 years dead. theyre just myths.
