check hot topic in the malls...they used to have sailor moon stuff, otherwise, check ebay

Local bookstores such as Barnes and Noble or Hastings, or even Wal Mart maybe should have manga, and sailor moon stuff. But also just doing a search should be adequate.

i highly doubt that any stores has anything sailor moon, cuz everything is out of print... you can find a anime store, and ask them about it.. they most likely can find a dealer with both dvds and manga still in stock, or you can try ebay

You can find hte DVD's at Best Buy. That includes all the movies..and series...As for the Manga, You might want to look on ebay, or go to Barnes and Noble .com

deepdiscountdvd.com and rightstuf.com have good prices on Sailor Moon (and other) DVDs and manga. Even stores like walmart and target carry them now. Do some online searches on http://search.yahoo.com/ and you'll find that there's hundreds of places that carry them.
