Put all scientists forward to find the cure for cancer.
And put homeless people in homes.

I would install a secret police to root out all the neo-nazi skinheads. Then I would legalize gay marriage. Then I would launch a national investigation into the enslavement of Stanley Tookie Williams on his hideous execution.
I would also push forward reparations for all african americans due to slavery and our daily opression.

Get all our American armed forces off foreign soil and back within our own borders.
End all gun control laws and encourage every able bodied person to own a gun and train with it regularly.
Let the rest of the world know that we will no longer be the self-appointed policeman to the world and we will solve our own problems in our own country and they will all have to work on their own problems in their own way on their own dime.
Make it clear that we will defend our own country to the last drop of blood if anybody invades our soil but no way will we ever again send our troops outside our own country.
Plan to use all the tremendous wealth being wasted on trying to save the world, to instead start fixing up the things that need fixing in America.

I would fire everybody in office and render the dollar useless. I would close all the borders so no one gets in or out, and hold gladiator games using all the politicians as gladiators. Those who survive can keep their job, the others will be fed to the lions.
