Well if I'm going to be honest I have to say a gorgeous girl with brains, like the one I already have. If I have to choose from your list though, I would always choose brains.

I pefer brains but not so attractive because looks will eventually fade, but she will always still have her knowledge. :]
And besides, I think everyone is beautiful in their own way.
