If you are the victim you have a right to know and you can contact the courts. As an individual, depending on your state, once a case is settled the file/police report etc is open for public access, you may be able to find out there. If it is just one of those things you are curious about, go to the internet and search for department of corrections and the state you live in, also search felon registration. Give it some time though, if he/she was just sentenced, it won't be in the system yet.

If you know in which court (city, state, district, federal, etc.) this person was sentenced, you can get that information from them. You can also call the prisons in your state and ask if the person you are looking for is housed in their facility. If you are a victim, you can go to the court and find out not only where the defendant is housed, but they will also notify you when parole board hearings will be held, release dates, etc. Hope this helped a little and I hope you have a great day! try the Federal Bureau of Prisons,& look up the one
for your state!!! Too many women get involved with
criminals & get hurt. Thats such a shame, but if it's
your family,you can't help that.

easier to wait until they end up where theyre going, and write or call you. They wont get visits for at least a couple weeks anyway.
