Need help with make-up and dress suggestions for 21st?

Question

ok need new make-up tips. Don't use make-up too much but bored of the same make-up. i'd regard my eyes as best feature and lips are pouty. i've round face, blue eyes and brown/red hair, eyes are normal (not too big or small). i usually put eyeliner on inside lower lid. I want a sexy look. any new ways of doing my eye make-up or any other make-up tips would be much appreciated.

i also want to get really nice dress. i've average sized boobs and bum. i don't like my shoulders or upper arms and dont want anything too tight. i dont want anything to short or too revealing and any suggestions on colours and accessories would be great, i've pale skin and don't want to tan.

going shopping on friday and want to have an idea on what to look for. thanks in advance for any help given.

well there should b alot of presidents day sales this weekend so your in luck!! well I would suggest that you get a bright patter b/c you have lighter skin and a strapless dress thats about knee length..now u said that u don't like your shoulders so you could get a really nice shawl to go over the dress..or one of those fancy short coats...kind like the ones here at macys ..I can't sne dthe link for some reason but go to macys .com online and I really like the dress on the fifth page of Junior's dresses..for shoes get something vibrant..go all out cause there will b tons of sales and get like red shoes...be bright...but your lil shall should be softer like a tan or brown or cream or white or somethin...now u can only have one bold thing...your dress or your earings so if u want a simple dress then get loud earings otherwise for earings I would say keep it simple..and your make-up..just keeep it fresh and natural..but if you want smokey eyes try this..www.handbag.com/beauty/tips/john_tricks_smokyeyes/..idk I can't send the link again but google the website..good luck and happy b-day!!..o yeah and get ur self a cute lil handbag too!!

I'm thinking nice shade of red on your lips and get light brown eyeshadow and a red dress its your special day you should shine!!!
