I dont see him as a murderer. I think he really loved Anna Nicole Smith. He was by her side for years adoring her and finally she committed to him instead of the other guys he saw her running around with. I think he loved her all along and his weird behavior was caused by trying to cover up her mistakes and protect her. I feel bad for him now. I think he finally got her and then the tradegy happened. Now he has to battle her estranged mother and Larry Birkhead for the baby. And I agree the baby might not be his. I think he is covering for Anna Nicole. I dont think its Larry Birkhead either. It will be interesting to find out who it is. Any comments?

I too feel sorry for him. I thought the American way is innocent UNTIL proven guilty???? I really don't think he is a murderer and I will be glad when that is proven NOT to be true!!!! We are not God so we should not be judging another any how and he is NOT on trial here on earth!!!I do think his actions now are as Anna Nicole would have wanted!!!! I'm glad he is not letting Anna's mother see the baby. H*ll Virgie said herself that she did not see Daniel for at least 10 years before his death so why does she think she can step into Dannielynn's life as soon as her daughter dies,!!!!! I think she is the gold digger and that is why she was in search of the baby!!!!! WHY didn't she try to see this baby before Anna's death? She knew Anna wouldn't permit it!!!! I do think the father is Larry's since her did ask for a DNA right after the baby was born. The other guys, why wait till she dies and then claim to be the father? Why didn't they come out of the woodwork at the same time as Larry did? People are sickening!!!!!!!!RIP Anna Nicole!!!! If you can!!!

I wonder if he isn't a snake in the grass, or too loyal to Anna's wishes..
did he lie about being the child's father for Anna, because Anna wanted to run Larry off
or did she tell both guys they are the father..
I hope he gives in and submits a DNA test soon...

i don't feel bad about him. look at him he doesn't even seem like hes been crying. one tear was all he could muster up for the entertainment tonight cameras. then why in his time of "grief" would he let cameras follow him around? then you have all her friends and family saying that he basically isolated her and that he was manipulative. they're not all going to be saying the same thing if it's not true. i don't think that baby is his and anybody that does is sadly mistaken. she doesn't have one feature of his. she looks like larry birkhead. i think he's a stand up guy that just wants his child. its rare that you'd find a guy that was told this wasn't his kid that would continue to fight for the child. i think it's all a huge mess and people need to start being honest and stop covering their asses or looking for publicity, there's a woman laying in a morgue because of this, a son in a grave, and a baby that has no family.

I do feel bad for him... But, why didn't he try to stop Anna from taking drugs all the time. He had to have seen all the drugs she was taking and how out of it she always was... I heard that all the prescription pills they found had were prescribed to him. So why is he letting her take his pills.

I don't feel bad for that bloodsucker not one bit, because yes he has been riding that money train for years, that guy is a lawyer have you ever known an honorable lawyer?, they don't exist that's why they chase ambulances they are always out to make a buck the day that he became her lawyer is the day he said to himself that he hit the jackpot. You know who I feel bad for is that little girl who will never know her mother, and if this a.s.s. has anything to do with it this poor little girl will never know her grandmother, and now with 4 guys claiming to be her father it is only gonna get worse for her.and now that they have him at the scene of both deaths with methadone present both places I hope that they tie him to those deaths somehow and he burns in hell for eternity......oh wait he's a lawyer that's gonna happen anyway

I believed her loved her through fat and thin and in the end, even after lying for her about the baby being his, he will end up with nothing but maybe bad publicity!

I do not believe he is a murderer.
BUT I do not feel sorry for him one bit. He is a money grabbing whorre himself. Did you not read about the money he got for selling the video he did reuniting with the baby after ANS death? Or did you not hear about the pictures he sold of ANS with her baby days before she died?
He is as greedy as ANS was when she was alive.

If he REALLY loved her, why didn't he take her to rehab?
He supplied her with drugs, kept her from family and friends, and controlled every little thing in her life.
Just like that woman that killed Selena...............Howard was a stalker, misrepresented himself as a caring friend, using her fame and money to make a name for himself, and he will get caught in the end as well.

I don't feel sorry for him at all, he always seemed to have a hidden agenda, maybe know everyone will find out what his plans were. He is a shady little man.
