Have you added your bank account details,
Transfer can take up to 7 days,
You have the payment so you need to post the items out.

Ok,

first things first. You might have been, repeat might have been, duped with a phishing paypal website, so you need to resolve payment before you send goods out.

Go back to paypal by opening a new browser window and entering the paypal link manually and then see if the money is there.

If it's not check your account history.

If you can see no evidence of the money coming in or out then you never had it in the first place then you have been duped by the person buying your auction item - you need to push them for payment - ask them to provide transaction id etc.

Once you have a response - speak to paypal helpdesk - mail them or speak to them. They get a lot of bad press but I've always found them very good.

If the money was in your account and has now gone out again then you obviously did have the money and you need to send the goods out ASAP. Speak to paypal to find out where the money went.

The money goes into you PayPal account automatically. It can take up to 9 working days for the payment to be transferred from your paypal account to your nominated Bank Account (i presume you did nominate a bank account?) if not you MUST do this before you can remove funds. Please remember you pay charges for amounts under £50. Unless you have been duped by spoof Mails you should not have lost the money. If you suspect any E-amil for being spoof then forward it immediately to spoof@ebay.co.uk and spoof@paypal.co.uk and do not click on any link. Genuine E-mails will show up bot in your in bax and message section on E-Bay. Any that do not show up on both are fake.

it takes between 3 - 5 working days for the payment to get from Paypal to your usual bank account so if you asked for it today you'll get the money thursday at the earliest but probably Friday
