Being made of cardboard is a pre-requisite to becoming a police officer. You also have to have your own wheelbarrow before going into Hendon...this is to teach you to walk upright.

My niece is a British cop and I can assure you she is not made out of cardboard! As well as inheriting the family good looks and brains she's more akin to steel in velvet than cardboard.

A tramp was walking around London, absolutely dying for a sh1t. However, with all these people around he reasons that he will have to go down an alleyway.
He drops his trousers and proceeds to “do” his business. Just as he finishes a cop walks around the corner, quick as a flash the tramp pulls up his trousers and covers the evidence with his hat. Seeing the tramp, the cop approaches him and asks what he is doing here?
The tramp replies “Well it’s like this; under my hat I have the fastest insect in the world, a godsend to scientists”.
‘Well then, if you slowly lift the hat I’ll dive under and grab it’ says the cop.
With that the tramp slowly lifts his hat, the cop dives in and says ‘Fooking hell that is fast, even had time to sh1t in my hand before he made his getaway’.

you should be glad they look like carboard over there, seriously is there anything more ridiculous than a french policeman?
another thought...shouldnt they change the name of those bumps in the road calle dsleeping policeman.....doesnt that make people wanna go faster ??

british police are not like cardboard when they arrest and convict terrorists,muggers, drug dealers, women beaters,drunk drivers, murderers, however they are like cardboard when they are put into positions which are new to them.they have limitations just like myself, oh , and you as well.
