They dont let you know on the spot if you are succesful... Anyone know how long it takes if you have been successful for them to phone you? I'm not holding any hopes on it!!!

Yep,took 3 weeks
i was on the show in Germany,but only won 400 euros
but hey it is 400 euros more than i went with
and the champagne and food afterwards was great
1 day in my life never to forget
you get a dvd of the show aswell

I have not auditioned however I read in an interview with the creator and Howie that they look for overenthusiastic emotional people who are very carismatic. If you watch the show they are alsys jumping up or down screaming, etc.
As for the return call, most reality shows get back to you within 2-4 weeks. There is usually a 2nd audition before they make a final decision.

Wouldn't mind going on the show but have no idea how you apply and people must apply in their droves so the chance of yer getting through would be minimal, I mean its one of the easiest shows to make money on, just pure guess work, no questions involved and you get to stay in a hotel as you have to open up the boxes for awhile before you even get your turn, although I believe several shows are filmed in one day, weeks before they are shown on television, the girl who one the jackpot won before Christmas but it wasn't aired on television untill a long time after even though Noel tries to make out its live, hopefully you will be lucky, good luck!

I agree with Zack. How the hell do you need to audition to open a bloody box. It is all cheap entertainment and keeping the 5' 1" Noel Edmonds in money!!

That shows what a joke it is, since you have to audition. Games shows should be for everyone. Channel 4 are just looking for entertainment value.
