Let's face it Martha Stewart is the only famous person I can think of that went to jail. Shouldn't everyone have a fair trial regardless of their ability to pay for a good lawyer?

What is interesting is that white people didn't riot in the streets when O.J. and Michael Jackson were found not guilty. Now if that isn't a comment on using excuses to riot, I don't know what is. Talk about guilty, the O.J. jury was obviously biased to the point where nothing the Police did would make a difference. I think if O.J. had come in and admitted with blood dripping from his hands, the jury would've said "that's racist" and not convicted him.
I only drink grape juice now, because I know O.J. kills.

In the perfect world there wouldn't be stereotypes, and racial profiling. Courts would be fair regardless of finances....but the world isn't a perfect place.

If it was I would be with Jessica Alba right now.

Don't know about O.J. (I haven't read up on his trial) but Michael Jackson was found not guilty because there wasn't a shred of evidence against him except for a kid who changed his story every time he told it!!

the law is the embodiment of everything that is perfect, it has no kind of fault nor flaw, and we are people ruled by law not by the desire to seek vengeance, for the latter is itself lawless.
