I am assuming that you have a licence from the local council, health and safey certificates etc.

Look at

car boot sales
flea markets
fayres
expanding your round

maybe also supplying weddings, childrens parties etc.

Unfortunately, not a very concisely put question.
Surely if you are a mobile sweetshop, you can sell anywhere?
You would be looking to the local council for a license to sell on the highstreet or a park, a bit like the hotdog vendors.

depending on your product and stall layout, also consider concessions within a retail centre or stalls at events.
Can't say anymore than that really without anything more specific from you.

You can also find out if the council etc are having special events, in the parks during summer and find out if they would give you a licence to sell them there
