In AUSTRALIA for banking?

My brother transfered money over after 4pm from the National bank, to mine Commonwealth bank. How long would it take to show into my account?

how long does it normally take for funds to appear into an account?

WIth my bank, if i transfer money to an account at another bank before 4pm melbourne time, the money will be in the other account at some time the following business day.

If i transfer the money after 4 pm melbourne time, it usually won't arrive in the other bank account for until the business day after the following business day.

Since NAB and commonwealth are both major banks they would have a similar policy.
