That's a tough one, might be a good idea to just cut her off from the gifts. You might be causing her harm in her marriage that would ultimately cause her harm by sending her gifts. If you still want to be her friend, thats ok.
Does the husband know about you, who you are? Most guys would be ok knowing another woman sent their wives flowers even if it was a past love... you may want to see if she'll be honest with her husband first then he won't mind so much if she comes home with mysterious gifts.

I don't agree with what you're doing. How would you like it if someone sent your significant other these gifts? I think maybe you aren't over this girl. She's married now. What you're doing is inappropriate.
I'd be mad as hell if my husband's ex sent him things for Valentine's Day, etc.

Dont send her things. And dont send her a valentines gift sorry but it sounds like you would like you and her to be back together and your causing problems in her marriage. If she wanted to be with you she wouldn't have married him.

it is a nice thought, shows that you are still kind of freinds, with no hard feelings.
I would be vary careful though, I think your best bet is to stick to very cliche gifts. and leave out the specifics. some candy that says happy valetines, or chocolates or a card.

Why on earth are you sending gifts to your EX? Her husband has every right to be upset. You need to move on.

Don't bother...
Leave her in the past where she obviously belong's or you would still be with her...
You wouldn't like the fact your partner was gettin sneaky gifts off her Ex now would you...
Just remember what goes around comes around be warned....
