I do not know but i don't like it because I feel that you should love and cherish the people that mean the most to you everyday of the year... everyday is special and you should always do extra things for people you love.

That is not true...... Many people out there spend their Valentine day with nobody just simply at home cooking and reading or playing with their pets. Valentine day doesn't necessarily celebrate in such typical way. Valentine day might means you improve your own self-conscience to become the better version of yourself.

i have someone and still hate valentines day
i grew up that you should not wait for one day out of the yr to show someone you love them
i get surprises all yr round and i also give them
it is just a day for ppl to spend tons of money things
