Not ALL people live false. I don't say not to do something if I'm doing it myself. Like a smoker who tells their child don't smoke it's bad for you. I suppose I am livin like a flippin saint because I don't drink alcohol or anything close to it, I don't smoke, and I don't use illegal drugs, I don't have relations outside of marriage--and no I am not married--I don't go out and run the streets, and I'm usually asleep by 8 or 9 pm. Now what?

I try. I frequently lecture my husband about not letting things bother him - other drivers, co-workers, etc.
Then just the other day I had a run-in with someone that made me so angry....it took a lot of willpower and destressing tricks to lower my blood pressure. I was bound and determined not to let it ruin my day and night!
The whole time I'm thinking - this is exactly what I'm always lecturing him about. I've got to take my own advice!
Wasn't easy, but I was at least 90% successful.

Yes, they are very boring, these do-gooders. They need to get a ******* sense of humour.
