It should be fine if re-heat it to an internal temperature of 165°. I'm assuming you don't have a food thermometer handy, so you just want it to get good and hot. This will kill any food born bacteria that may have gotten in the food - especially if it was left out at room temperature for any length of time.
If you don't get it hot enough and there was something in the food (or something got on it later), it can make you very sick.

It should be safe, but it depends on what it has in it. The only thing that really shouldn't be re-heated, especially not in the microwave is sour cream. So if it has sour cream, I would say either eat it cold, or throw it out.
The tortillas do tend to get kind of hard though. And if it has lettuce, I would try picking it all out before you re-heat it then re add it.

Yes, you can. The lettuce may be a little wilted, but it is still safe to eat, providing that the food was refrigerated promptly after you finished eating the night before. Hope this helps.

it won't kill you, but its not good for you. Taco Bell uses grade d, but edible meat, which is bad to have in your system, so they put laxatives in the meat so that it comes out quickly. Imagine that meat, sitting out for even longer.

As long as you refrigerated it right after you brought it home and didn't let it sit around at room temp, sure. Should be okay.
