Because he can? Some men just like to wear women's clothing. For some it means they are just into wearing women's clothes, for some it is because they want to be women.
It is a very complicated topic actually.
But if my man came home wearing a dress, I would be very concerned. And out the door.
Although, a man in a kilt is a very different story! That can be downright hot.

Men are Men we dont wear dresses if some guy does he's looking for some form of attention he didnt receive as a child.

i think men that wear dress, its their life, they chose what they want to do and same for everyone else, i've got my views on it, i dont like it, but it might be cause they feel sexy or feel great in a dress.
