as one, it's written on the box but it isn't.I phoned the shop they said that I have to phone back tomorrow, they would tell me how to convert it but i'm inpatient.Any ideas?

Call the company that made the DVD player, or go to their website, and see if there is a code that you have to enter to activate this function.

They are probably looking it up on the web and trying it out in the office to see if it works...

ask for multi regional codes in the search engine, get the code your after, type it in using your remote, and bobs ya uncle!
