I can't help but believe that someone has been being
groomed to take over Castro's spot. That said,
depending on who he is and what his mind set is,
a post-Castro Cuba could be worse than it is now.
The key could be whether or not the US chooses to
extend a diplomatic hand to the new leader. If he doesn't
shake it, we can always withdraw it....but I figure we'd best
try.

Aside from opening up the tourist trade, Raul will relax things to allow real trade to occur.

They may even re-allow gambling
