Use I in the subject of a sentence:
I did something.
He and I did something.
etc.

Also use I in the predicate of a sentence with a linking verb:
The thief is I.

Use me in the predicate otherwise:
He called me.

If you use I in the subject to do something to yourself, use myself in the predicate:
I bathe myself.

It depends on where you are using it in a sentence. The easiest way to decide which to use is to mentally remove the other subject and see if the sentence still makes sense.

ie. The team and (I or me) went for drinks after the game.
I went for drinks after game, or Me went for drinks after the game. The answer here would be "I"

ie. John gave the ball to Tom and (I or me).
John gave the ball to I, or John gave the ball to me. The answer would be "me".

The rule I was taught at school is to take away the other person so you can say" I went to the shop" so you say "John and I went...." you would not have said "Me went to the shop" . I wasn't taught a rule for myself but can't actually think when I would use it . I was by myself. I hurt myself. Hope that helps.

The way I remember which one to use is: does it sound right if I remove the other person from the sentence?

For example, would you say "Karen and me are going to the movies" or would you say "Karen and I are going to the movies"? Take out the other person, Karen, and read them again. Would you say "me is going to the movies" or would you say "I am going to the movies". You would say "I am going to the movies", right? So the correct sentence would be "Karen and I are going to the movies".

Another example: "Who's coming to the movies with John and me" versus "Who's coming to the movies with John and I"? Taking John out, you would say "Who's coming to the movies with me?", so the correct sentence would be "Who's coming to the movies with John and me".

You have to play around with correct grammar, but that's the way I learned to use I or me.

It is correct to put the other person or persons first, and then the word "I". So "John and I" and "The team and I" are both correct ways of introduction.

Think of how you would say it without the other referral in the sentence. If "I am going to the cinema", then "John and I are going to the cinema."

If "He is coming with me", then "He is coming with John and me."

You can use myself: 'I got this gift is for John and myself" but you can still say John and me in this case.

Simon or Sylvester are good one's via Sae. good luck on your infant. P.S. What the hell is your subject Zombi? Gees, that's a infant. perhaps you will desire to observe your own perveted suggestions. you be conscious of no longer something approximately her to be calling her a unfavorable or terrible mom. John and I went to the game...BUT

The policeman gave John and me a caution.

Take John out of the sentence and see if it makes sense.
The policeman gave me a caution ...yes
The policeman gave I a caution ...no.
I went to the game...yes
Me went to the game ...no.

Any clearer now??

The easy way to determine when to use Johhny and I or Johhny and me, is top drop Johnny and see if it sounds right.

As for me and myself, I think myself always sounds wrong.
