Do i ask?
I use bio oil for my scars... no they are not wax burn scars, I've only used it a couple of times and the scars are.. less predominant, the scars are a few years old.
There are other products for scars, try the chemist/pharmacist.
You can go online and search for suitable products if you're not willing to go in store. But in store someone would be able to see what was being dealt with.
Bio oil was my cheaper option, i cant recall the others. It contains PurCellin Oil which is meant to be a "breakthrough ingredient".
Go to www.bio-oil.info and check if it's safe.
I think if the burns are old enough to be scars that aren't sensitive it would be ok... but I'm guessing.
Bio oil is for scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, ageing skin, dehydrated skin.
So you may find a product solely for scars (from burns)?

I actually got wax burns on my face over the summer. Someone threw a lighter into a citronella candle I was standing next to. I used bacitracin and silvadene (Silver sulfadiazine). The silvadene was the best, but the doctor said you can build up a resistance to it, so you don't want to over do it, cause you may need it again in the future.

Also after it heals make sure you stay out of the sun as much as possible, because if the new skin tansit can take months or years to go away.

Either was you should go see a doctor. Ask about seeing a plastic surgeon too, they know the most about how scars heal and can tell you about what creams to use.

Good luck.
