My best friend who is older then me is dating my daughter..I know he is a player and he brags about the women he has had..but now he has backstabbed me with my own daughter..my wife is also going nuts over this..what good can come of this?

well, if its your best friend who is dating your daughter, you have every right to intervene and put a stop to this.
if your daughter was dating someone else, you would probably not have THAT much say in her relationship with anyone.
however, since its your best friend, you have EVERY RIGHT to put an end to this. more so, because you know what kind of reputation your dear friend has regarding women. i know that it will be devastating to you as well as to your wife.
maybe your daughter gets a thrill out of dating men who are older than her. or maybe she just gets a kick out of doing something rebellious. or maybe she genuinely loves your best friend.
whatever the reason, you and your wife must sit together and explain to your daughter that this will not be acceptable. then you can try your best to explain her the entire situation AS WELL AS the consequences of what she is doing.
HOWEVER, DO NOT EVER SHOUT AT HER MUCH AND MAKE HER FEEL REAL BAD, OR TAKE AWAY PRIVILEGES BECAUSE YOU ARE ANGRY. it will upset her all the more and she will become more rebellious.
trust me, i know. i am a teenager myself. and i HATE it when my parents dont let me speak or act too authoritative.
hope your daughter understands and your family gets back together being a happy one again.

there must be a huge age problem.... right??? give your daughter a choice but don't make it like everything she does is wrong.. kick your friends ***.. what they are doing is wrong and they know it.. maybe your daughter just wants to get you mad for some reason.... i am not sure... but we can't tell you anything to do, it's all up to you and your wife...
