I've been serving since 2000. Did one tour in Afghanistan (CJTF-180, 2003-2004) and I'll be heading to Iraq in the near future. Virtually every service member I've met expresses the same views as this video so I thought I'd share it with the Yahoo community...

They don't care what the troops think of them.
Half the libs want more of them to die so they can scream a little louder.
The other half think we should abolish the military all together. For some reason they think that if we have no military or a weak military everyone will leave us alone.
Libs are clueless, I don't recall anyone asking them to be patriotic and serve their country. The real men and women of this country who choose to serve, give them all the rights they use to spout off, and degrade our military, then try to handcuff them and whine because there is not enough progress.

Do the military realize if they haven't died for this country, then they have no right to talk down to others as if they did?
Do the military realize that no American soldier, outside of Afghanistan, has died protecting American freedoms in the past 60 years?
Are the military even capable of realizing that while objective morality can keep one alive in an uncivilized and hostile environment, it has no place in a civilized society?

It is difficult for anyone to hold any kind of opinion or belief if they are worried about what others think of them. Both Reps and Dems alike.

Any soldier who is hurt by people in the US expressing their freedom of speech needs to forget about body armor and work on getting some thicker skin.
PS Don't ever bother linking to something that requires registration.

But do they realize that they are working for us. Not the other way around. So it is our duty to make sure that our most valuable resource (our military) is used correctly.
