Hi, I need help finding the name and artist of a song, I don't have much info for it but here goes.
It was a love song
But the kind you listen to and think thats not a love song until you hear a certain part, its like your an awful person but I love you regardless
Its sang by a woman, either black or with a black sounding voice, really strong.
I know this is probably the most useless question ever but if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!! I will know it as soon as I hear it!!
Thanks

i don't know, heres a guess...
The Acappella Company - Regardless
Lyrics:
Regardless of who you are
Regardless of what you've done
He wants you to know, He loves you so
Regardless
Regardless of where you've been
Regardless of what you hide
There's no need to fear
He's always here
Regardless
I came to Jesus on my knees, ashamed to lift my head
I could hardly find the words, so this is what I said
There is so much wrong in my life, I cannot make it right
I've been in the dark so long that I, I cannot see the light
If I could believe someone could love me, there might be a way
If I could only hear somebody say (say)
Chorus:
Regardless of who you are
Regardless of what you've done
I want you to know, I love you so (He loves you so)
Regardless
Regardless of where you've been
Regardless of what you hide
There's no need to fear
I'm always here
Regardless
No matter what you've said or done (were before)
Or what you were before
You can begin again (you can begin, He'll take you in)
He'll take you in again
Repeat Chorus
I want you to know I love you so
Regardless

Maybe I can help out...I also don't know the singer, but I think you might be referring to the song in Tommy Boy when Chris Farley and David Spade are singing in the car together before the accident...hopefully someone reading the answers can expand on this....but of course I could be wrong...

Something by Anastacia perhaps - she had one out a while ago that was all unlovey - but had a rock under tone to it.
She sings like a black singer - real sexy voice - strong

Sounds like a Lisa Stansfield song she always sounded black and white and her songs were about painful love and whatever a bastard he is she still loves him

some say youre crazy
say that your no good
say your familys cursed with bad blood..
but i think sweet and misunderstood
i wouldnt change you if i could-
let them talk you down, call you names
my minds made up it aint gonna change
sure in my heart,
happy and free
youre the one youre the one youre the one for me.
etc etc! love this song....reminds me of my ex who everyone seemed to hate at the time ( erm, i should have listened to them lol!!)

Maybe Macy Grey, she has a great voice, Tina Turner fabulous, you will have to supply at least one sentence to figure it out:)))
